Kent League Cross Country
Dear Mudlarks
I hope you are all recovered from our first match but now we turn our minds to this coming Saturday at Somerhill Schools, Tonbridge TN11 0NJ. Timings are the same (see below), but the course is a little bit more challenging and will certainly suit a spike (suggest you avoid trainers, and wear trail shoes or spikes).
Please remember to bring your race number if you have one from the Swanley match (or if this is your first match pick your number up from me Kevin Winch, or Richard Long and keep it for the other matches). Please do not lose your race number, there is a cost to replace it.
For the seniors we do need the biggest teams possible as this will affect our league standings. We would love to see you so please support the Club.
The next league match after Tonbridge is at Danson Park on 13th November where we will be hosting (we will welcome any help with setup and marshaling on the day please). But before this, Cambridge Harriers are hosting a 5 mile race in Joydens Wood starting at midday on the 30th October. This is a very friendly event with one race for 16 and over, and not quite as elite. Further details here.
