(lyrics)
From Tigers on Sundays, Masters chasing gold,
Young athletes rising, new stories being told.
Tony Garrett flying, eighty years and strong,
Alan Perryman breaking records all season long.
PBs on the track, javelins in the sky,
Hundred marathons finished, lifting spirits high.
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Power in our legs, fire in our chest
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Fast on the track, strong in the field
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
This is our club, this is our night
Tigers learning skills, Year 5 stepping in,
Under‑12s finding courage, learning how to win.
Under‑14s pushing hard, Under‑16s in stride,
Under‑18s and Under‑20s showing Bexley pride.
Wendy Masters guiding youth, Linda Wake beside,
Coaches building futures with patience in their stride.
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Power in our legs, fire in our chest
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Fast on the track, strong in the field
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
This is our club, this is our night
Seniors hitting history, highest finish yet,
Division 2 success we’ll never forget.
Sprinters driving forward, throwers owning the field,
Hurdlers pushing limits, distance runners never yield.
Masters stepping boldly, promotion shining bright,
Women rising higher, reaching new heights.
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Power in our legs, fire in our chest
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Fast on the track, strong in the field
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
This is our club, this is our night
Road Runners stacking miles, running far and wide,
Whitstable to Brighton, the whole club by their side.
Claire Briner lifting spirits, keeping runners strong,
Chris Leighton and Paul Dallison chasing marathons all year long.
Denes Vadasz pushing hard, Balbir Sunners shining bright,
Charlie Gurr bringing speed, moving with delight.
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Power in our legs, fire in our chest
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Fast on the track, strong in the field
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
This is our club, this is our night
Cross country in the mud, Danson running like home,
Durham hills reminding us how far our pride can roam.
Footscray Meadows starting strong, team spirit in the air,
Every hill and every climb showing how much we care.
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Power in our legs, fire in our chest
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Fast on the track, strong in the field
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
This is our club, this is our night
John Gates leading proudly, steady hand and voice,
Committee working tirelessly, helping us make the right choice.
Coaches inspiring athletes, keeping our flame alive,
They are the heartbeat of the club that helps us all to thrive.
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Power in our legs, fire in our chest
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
Fast on the track, strong in the field
Bexley AC, Bexley AC
This is our club, this is our night
