On a cold but sunny day the Bexley trials for the Adidas Mini London Marathon took place at the David Ives Stadium, Erith.
The top 8 finishers from each age category qualified for the Bexley team, who will now be competing against 32 other London Boroughs and 13 Counties at the Mini Marathon which takes place prior to the full marathon on Sunday 13th April; the event takes in the final 2 1/2 miles of the main course finishing in The Mall, London.
The trials, organised by Bexley AC on behalf of Bexley Council, saw some exciting races in perfect conditions. The first 8 eligible finishers in each race are shown below.
