Bexley Cross Country – DEADLINES

We have a number of Cross country events, coming up, which have a number of deadlines for entries. The club has paid these before but we do need to get the best value for the fee’s we pay, & not put in large entries with many numbers not used.
Can you please let me know your availability for the following events? The deadlines for me to put in the entries are shown, so please inform me before. Also note the Nationals are in Sunderland which is not exactly round the corner so think of how you would get there –We can book accommodation together which will be fun.

Well into the swing of the Cross Countries now, the next match is a new venue and as we are taking a coach it’s going to be a bit of an adventure. I’ve heard it’s quite a nice place and I promise we will be taking the tent this time around.
Two important points to remember are.
Coach leaves at 9.00 from avenue road (estimated return 4.15) £5 per seat (max £10 per family)
No race for senior men this time (those under 20’s who have been racing in the senior race, can do the Men’s under 20 race with the same no’s they have been given)
You must compete in the club colours of orange vest & black shorts and be a member of the club, everyone is more than welcomed to compete.

Our next match of the season and another regular course in the pretty Kent countryside (Tonbridge) we will not have a coach so please make your own way there or catch a lift. Same race times as before. Please bring your race number from Swanley. I guess it will take 45 to get to the venue. You must compete in the club colours of arrange vest & black shorts and be a member of the club, everyone who is more than welcomed to compete.
