Graham Holder wins Welsh Hammers title

Beloe is a picture of the Welsh senior hammer medal presentation with a Bexley AC athlete on top! Graham won his record breaking 11th title today after having a 5 year wait for it! His throw was 55.50m 2nd was 54.69m so he had to work for it!!
Many congratulations and it is good to see yet anothe Bexley athlete on the podium.
