Still longer than a 10k (10.34) and the organization not quite there for this local event. Results service slow and incomplete, t shirt and banana at the finish
But, our Dawn was the first female to finish and picked up the red rosette and a big winners cup. Fantastic, well done Dawny

Weather was quite hot for this one, undulating on the 1st half with a couple of hills, flat for the second half all around the coastal environs of the of Thanet. A strong headwind for the last 6 miles made this a bit tougher than expected.
Well done Paul, his first half and already a sub 90 minutes (read the time a weep Roffey). Strong runs from our marathoners especially Glen with the amount of training he’s put in.
Well organized and marshaled with medal, t shirt and a goody bag at the finish
Peter Griffiths, RRS
