The club is collecting the Sainsbury’s Active Kids Vouchers again this year to get sports equipment , etc for the club so if anybody has any please see Liz Slater at track.

The following Sundays have been booked for Circuits at Erith School starting at 9:30 AM till 11:00 AM . Please speak to your Coach – Circuits is a very good way to build up your strength and core stability in preparation for your running, in the winter season.
